Every WoodFurn piece is built to last and backed by a 10-year structural warranty. We stand behind what we make.
What’s covered
Our 10-year warranty covers structural defects in frames and joinery under normal household use. Upholstery, finishes and moving parts are covered for 3 years against manufacturing faults.
What’s not covered
Normal wear, accidental damage, and changes from exposure to sunlight or moisture aren’t covered. Wood is a natural material and will develop character over time — that’s a feature, not a fault.
Making a claim
Contact us with your order number and a few photos. If a covered defect is confirmed, we’ll repair the piece, replace the part, or replace the item — whichever best restores it.
Care & repair
We also offer paid repair and re-upholstery beyond the warranty period, because keeping furniture in use is better for you and the planet than replacing it.
