Not quite right? You have 30 days from delivery to return most items for a full refund. We want every piece to feel like it belongs.

30-day window

Return any stock item within 30 days of delivery, provided it’s in original condition. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection.

How to start a return

Email returns@woodfurn.com with your order number and we’ll arrange collection. For large furniture, our delivery partner will pick the piece up from your home.

Made-to-order pieces

Custom and made-to-order items are crafted specifically for you, so they can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty. We’ll always make a manufacturing fault right.

Exchanges

Prefer a different finish or size? Start a return and place a new order — we’ll prioritise your replacement so you’re not waiting longer than necessary.
