We ship across the US, UK and EU. Smaller items go by express courier; larger furniture is delivered by our white-glove partners.

Processing times

In-stock pieces ship within 2–3 business days. Made-to-order furniture is built on demand and typically ships in 4–6 weeks — your confirmation email will include an estimated date.

Delivery options

Standard parcel delivery is free on orders over $99. Large furniture includes white-glove delivery: our team brings the piece into your room of choice, unpacks it and removes all packaging.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships you’ll receive a tracking link by email. White-glove deliveries are scheduled by appointment, so our partner will call to arrange a window that suits you.

International shipping

Duties and taxes for EU and UK orders are calculated at checkout, so there are no surprises on arrival. Remote-area surcharges, if any, are shown before you pay.
